Design & Prototyping

I specialize in designing interfaces for AI-powered systems that provide appropriate transparency, set accurate expectations, and build user trust. My prototyping work spans from low-fidelity wireframes to interactive experiences that simulate AI behavior.
AI & Technology
I specialize in the human side of AI, understanding how to design systems that complement human capabilities and earn user trust. My work focuses on creating AI experiences that are transparent, explainable, and aligned with human values. I’ve developed particular expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, responsible AI governance frameworks, and designing human-in-the-loop AI workflows that enhance rather than replace human decision-making.
Psychology & Analysis
My background in cognitive psychology provides a scientific foundation for understanding how people think, learn, and make decisions. I apply these principles to design experiences that align with natural human cognition and behavior. I’ve developed specialized expertise in the psychological aspects of human-AI interaction, including trust calibration, appropriate cognitive load distribution between humans and AI systems, and designing for diverse mental models across cultures and demographics.
